Frederica Caneiro

A certified dog trainer with years of professional experience, Frederica relies on
positive reinforcement and specializes in tackling aggression problems. In addition
to general dog training and her canine behavior science education, she’s
participated in numerous webinars and courses. Frederica is also a founder of the
Academy of Modern Training for Dogs and Families.

Matthew Smolich

A certified American Kennel Club Cynologist with years of experience in Dog Training not only as a trainer but also as a District Mentor for the other Dog Training Instructors. As a Lead Dog Trainer and a Mentor at the Petco Dog Training Program, Matthew worked basic and advanced training, following LIMA principles. Now Matthew advances own Company Pawsitive Experts into Advanced Behavioral Modifications, Dog Aggression, Trick Training, and Basic Obedience Training. Approved and certified as a Canine Good Citizen Evaluator and Trick Trainer.

Annie-Mae Levy

Qualified as a dog trainer about 5 years ago and went on to complete a 4-year Bachelor of Science Degree in Animal Behavior at Exeter University. Annie-Mae has trained thousands of dogs with behavioral problems ranging from aggression to severe separation anxiety.

Ela Brumm

Ela, a CPDT-KA certified trainer in Behavior Science and Canine psychology, advocates force-free training methods. With numerous certifications, including Pet First Aid Safety and Pet CPR, she’s been training dogs in Southern California since 2014. Continuing her education under behaviorist James O’Heare, she promotes compassionate training techniques.

Shannon Kenny

Shannon is a CPDT-KA certified trainer with over 4 years of experience working with hundreds of dog owners. She is passionate about advocating for force-free and fear-free training methods to strengthen the human-canine bond. Shannon graduated from the Karen Pryor Academy and holds a certification as a Fear Free Animal Trainer.
